Our Pledge

In the interest of fostering an open, inclusive, and professional environment, we as employees, contractors, and partners pledge to make participation in our company and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone.

Our Standards

All Neosofia employees and community members should demonstrate behavior that contributes to a positive environment including:

  • Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other people
  • Being respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences
  • Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback
  • Accepting responsibility and apologizing to those affected by our mistakes, and learning from the experience
  • Focusing on what is best not just for us as individuals, but for the overall community

Conversely, put -- Don't break the law and don't be an asshole. If what you do or say falls into one of the categories below, you're probably being an asshole.1

Our Responsibilities

Neosofia is responsible for clarifying the standards of acceptable behavior and are expected to take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any instances of unacceptable behavior.

Neosofia has the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct, or to ban temporarily or permanently any contributor for other behaviors that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies both within project spaces and in public spaces when an individual is representing Neosofia. Examples of representing Neosofia include using an official company e-mail address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event.

Enforcement

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting Neosofia at [email protected]. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response that is the result of applying Neosofia's incident management procedures. The company is obligated to maintain confidentiality with regard to the reporter of an incident.
